Shelby was just trying to save her boyfriend from the octopus tank at the aquarium when she met Nova Bell. Nova was taking a much needed break from running her witchy bakery and hoping to relax. Instead she found herself in the middle of another mystery! Together they have to figure out what to do with a drowning man, a mermaid, an opinionated octopus.
